Initial efforts involve identifying potential project sites, establishing business relationship with landowners, and securing transmission rights. As the project progresses, our Team executes all contracts, secures financing, procures equipment, and assures timely construction for full operation.

As a testament to our wind capabilities, EDF EN Canada was awarded over $ 2 billion in landmark contracts by Hydro-Quebec to develop seven wind projects, totaling more than 1,000 MW. These projects represent over 20% of Canada’s current wind energy capacity and will add substantially to Canada’s total installed wind capacity when complete.
