Environmental Impact Studies

In Quebec, any wind project of 10 MW or more (Règlement sur l’évaluation et l’examen des impacts sur l’environnement, Article 2.1) is subject to the environmental impacts evaluation process and review under Articles 31.1 and must conform with the Loi sur la qualité de l’environnement (RSQ, c. Q-2) and be authorized by a government decree.
