| The St. Isidore Solar Project currently consists of one 12 MWp solar PV installation east of Ottawa, near the town of St. Isidore in the Municipality of the Nation, Ontario. The site utilizes thin film panels to produce electricity that is connected to the local Hydro One distribution grid. This green energy will offer a source of distributed generation in eastern Ontario, and will strengthen the presence of EDF EN Canada in the region. The St. Isidore Solar Project joins the Elmsley Solar Project, located near Lombardy in the Township of Rideau Lakes, to highlight EDF EN Canada’s 36 MWp 2010 solar construction achievements. In 2009, EDF EN Canada placed the Arnprior Solar Project in service, which added almost 24 MWp to eastern Ontario power’s system. All five sites have been developed under the Government of Ontario’s Renewable Energy Standard Offer Program (RESOP).
